2009-2010 Season Ticket Renewal Information
Renewal information for the 2009-2010 basketball season was recently sent to all current season ticket holders.
- Three-Year Plan Holders - your seats are automatically renewed for the upcoming season.
- All Other Season Ticket Holders, a $50 seat deposit is required to renew your seats and is due by July 1, 2009.
The total season ticket cost for the 2009-2010 season will be based on 15 home games, but the per game price for season tickets will remain the same as last year.

MASON ATHLETIC TICKET OFFICE HOURS
The Athletic Ticket Office is open Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m and is located in the Mason Fieldhouse. The Mason Athletic Fieldhouse handles all season, group, and Olympic sport ticket sales.
PATRIOT CENTER BOX OFFICE HOURS
The Patriot Center Box Office is located on the West Entrance to the Patriot Center is open: Monday - Thursday, 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Friday - Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. The Patriot Center Box Office handles all individual basketball game ticket sales.
MASON STUDENT TICKETS
All Mason Student are admitted FREE to regular season men's basketball home games. For more information on student tickets, click here.
GENERAL PARKING
General Parking is available in Lots A, C, J, K. The Mason Pond Parking Deck offer paid parking; $2/ hour rates apply. The Sandy Creek Parking Deck is for weeknight overflow parking only. All Patrons are encouraged to arrive early. Expect delays and additional traffic on weekday games due to classes.
PATRIOT CLUB PREFERRED PARKING
Patriot Club Silver ($1,000 & up) annual donor parking is located in Lot L.
WILL CALL
Will Call is located at the Patriot Center at the West Entrance inside the box office. On game days, Will Call opens 60 minutes prior to tip off.
The player guest entrance is located at the Patriot Center at the West Entrance inside the box office and is open 60 minutes prior to tip off.

PRINTING OF LOST OF STOLEN TICKETS
We will issue replacement tickets to season tickets holders, only after receiving a written request from the season ticket holder of record. Replacement tickets must be picked up at Will Call by the season ticket holder of record on the day of the game. Photo identification will be required for pick up.
SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
Parking for people with disabilities is available at the South Entrance of the Patriot Center. Wheelchairs are available at Guest Services for those patrons who need assistance. Guest Services is located outside of Portal 6 on the West Entrance. For more information on accessible seating, please call (703) 993-3270.
FIRST AID
First aid is located outside of Portal 17, between the East and South Concourses.
CHILDREN AT THE PATRIOT CENTER
Everyone ages three (3) years and older must have a ticket to enter the Patriot Center. Any child two (2) and under must sit on the lap of an adult and may not occupy a seat.
AWAY GAMES TICKET INFORMATION
Tickets for away games can be purchased through the opposing schools. Mason will not have any tickets available. In the event Mason has purchased tickets for an away game, they will first be made available to season ticket holders and sold through the Athletic Ticket Office.
MERCHANDISE
The George Mason Bookstore has Patriots merchandise available for purchase on the West Entrance concourse during all men's home basketball games
FUTURE GAME TICKETS EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Season ticket holders who do not plan attending a scheduled game may exchange tickets for a future home game at the Patriot Center. All exchanges must at least 48 hours prior to game you cannot attend. Tickets will be exchanged for a comparable location, based on availability at the time the tickets are traded.
ONLINE TICKET TRANSFER
Ticket transfer is a simple and convenient means of allowing you to give your tickets to friends and colleagues. There is no more need to mail tickets or wait at the gate to meet your party. Log in to your My Mason Nation Account to transfer your tickets by e-mail.
SEAT UPGRADES
To request a change in seat location, please make this request in writing on the season ticket order form. Seat upgrades will be based on availability. Please keep the following points in mind when requesting upgrades:
1. Upgrades are based on current fans releasing their seats. Attrition is low as you get closer to the center or lower.
2. Each year you must submit a request for seat upgrades. Requests are not carried over from year to year.
3. Please make requests as specific as possible.
4. If you are part of a friend's season ticket account, we encourage you to separate your tickets to individual accounts.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order.
CONCESSIONS
The Patriot Center offers a wide variety of food and beverages for the enjoyment of our guests. In addition to the traditional menu of hot dogs, sodas and popcorn, Patriot Center concessions include pizza, chicken tenders, nachos, gourmet soft pretzels, funnel cakes, cotton candy, bottled water, ice cream, french fries and coffee.
ATM
For your convenience, the Patriot center has a Chevy Chase Bank automatic teller machine, located on the concourse.
LOST AND FOUND
Immediately following each game, the Patriot Center is cleaned, and any items left in the arena are recovered and given to the Lost and Found Department. If you think you may have left some of your personal belongs behind while attending an event at the Patriot Center, please call (703) 993-3002.
