2007 Outdoor: Recorded the team's second-best times in both the 5000-meter run (19:59.91) and the 10000-meter run (41:08.02)... Ran the team's third-fastest time in the 3000-meter run, finishing in 11:19.08 at the Hurricane Invitational... Ran the distance medley relay along with Candace Carter, Jonecia Gates and Aubrey Alexander at the Penn Relays, finishing in 13:28.19.

2007 Indoor: Competed in the 3000-meter run for the Patriots... Recorded her top time and the second-best time on the team in the 3000-meter run at the Virginia Tech Challenge, crossing the finish line in 11:18.46.

2006 Cross Country: Had the team's top time of the season, clocking in at 20:35.99 at the Towson Invitational... Finished 61st with a time of 24:46.01 at the CAA Championships.

At Radford: Competed in cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field for a year at Radford.

Prep: Ran cross country for two years at Potomac Falls... Was a member of the 2004 Dulles District Championship Team... Also played tennis for two years for the Panthers.
