2002 Cross Country: Competed in all six meets for the Green & Gold... Finished in the top 50 three times, including at the James Madison Invitational, placing a season-high 29th among collegians and 30th overall... Recorded a season-best time of 21:22.86 in the 5,000 meters at the George Washington Invitational.

2002 Outdoor: Primarily ran the 1500 meters for the Patriots... Posted a season-best time of 5:16.30 in the 1500 to finish in the top 15 at the Maryland Invitational... Also turned in a top-15 finish at the Mason Invitational... Placed ninth in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the CAA Championships in 12:40.21... That performance ranks third on George Mason's all-time outdoor performers list in the steeplechase.

2002 Indoor: Finished 12th in the 1000 meters in 3:14.86 at the season-opening Father Diamond Invitational... Also placed in the top 15 in the mile at the Patriot Games in a season-best 5:30.49.

2001 Cross Country: Competed in four meets ... Ran a career-best 20:21.26 in the 5000 meters at George Mason's Fall Classic to place a season-high 16th... The fourth Patriot finisher at the CAA Championships.

Prep: A multi-sport athlete for the Kardinals, running cross country for four years and outdoor track for three... Also played basketball for four years... Earned 11 letters...
