2004 Outdoor: Ran just once during the season, instead focusing on the high jump... Had three top-10 finishes in the high jump and a pair of top five finishes... Tied for second at the Terrapin Invitational with a leap of 1.60 meters... Was fifth at the Patriot Open in the high jump with a leap of 1.63 meters, good to rank her second on the team in the event... Also finished tied for ninth in the high jump at the CAA Championships... Competed in the heptathlon for the first time at the CAA Championships, finishing 10th with 3500 points... Competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Raleigh Relays, finishing 22nd with a time of 12:44.51.

2004 Indoor: Competed at three different distances for the Patriots and ran the top time of the season in the 3,000 meters... Was sixth at the Patriots Games with a 10:59.65 in the 3,000 meters, the only Patriot to break 11 minutes in the indoor season... Had a top-10 finish at the Collegiate Open in the 1,000 meters, finishing in 3:12.48... Added a 12th-place finish in the 3,000 meters at the Winter Open... Ran the mile twice, finishing 18th in 5:30.11 at the Father Diamond Open Invitational... Improved on that time two weeks later at the Virginia Tech Indoor Invitational with a 5:27.42.

2004 X-Country: Competed in all five races, placing among the top three Patriot runners in each event... Was the No. 1 Mason harrier at the Mason Invitational (20:58.89, 25th) and the CAA Championships (24:31.30, 37th)... Placed 25th overall and 2nd among Mason runners at the JMU Invitational (21:57)... Ran a season-best time of 20:29 and finished 37th at the Towson Invitational.

2003 Outdoor: Scored for George Mason at the CAA Championships when she finished seventh in the 3000-meter steeplechase... Set a school record with a time of 11 minutes, 27.19 seconds

2003 Indoor: Won the 1000 meters at the Winter Open in a season-best 3:00.36... Placed fifth in the event at the season-opening Father Diamond Open... Posted a top-10 finish in the mile at the Collegiate Open in 5:22.95.

2002 Cross Country: Competed in all six meets for the Green & Gold... Posted three top-20 finishes, including placing a season-high 12th in the 6,000 meters at the Mason Invitational in 24:35.85... Finished 15th in the 5,000 meters at the Maryland Invitational in a season-best 19:28.00... Was 16th among collegians and 17th overall at the James Madison Invitational in 20:01.40... Placed 32nd at the CAA Championships.

2002 Outdoor: Scored for the Patriots at the CAA Championships in both the high jump and 3000-meter steeplechase... Placed seventh in the high jump with a leap of 5 feet, 1 inch, and finished eighth in the steeplechase in a season-best 12:14.29... Ranks second on George Mason's all-time outdoor performers list in the steeplechase... Finished fourth in the high jump at the Mason Invitational with a season-best leap of 5 feet, 1¾ inches... Finished in the top-25 in the steeplechase at the Raleigh Relays.

2002 Indoor: Placed third in the high jump at the Patriot Games... Leapt a season-best 5 feet, 3 inches to place seventh at the Collegiate Invitational.

Prep: Ran cross country and competed in track & field for four years at Strasburg High School... A 13-time all-state selection, winning the state championship in the 1600 meters and high jump... Named Most Outstanding Female Track Athlete, Most Outstanding Cross Country Athlete and Most Outstanding Athlete for the Rams.
