2003 Indoor: ECAC QUALIFIER: 1000 METERS, 3200-METER RELAY, DISTANCE MEDLEY RELAY; Posted a season-best and ECAC-qualifying time of 2:53.17 to finish runner-up in the 1000 meters at the Collegiate Open… Performance moved her into seventh place in the GMU all-time indoor performers list in the event… Came out of the preliminary round with the second-best time in the 1000 meters at the ECAC Championships, and placed ninth in the finals in 2:57.59… Ran the anchor on the 4x800-meter relay that won in a season-best 9:18.06 at the Collegiate Open… Also anchored the distance medley relay to victory at the Patriot Games… Posted the team’s best times in the mile and 3000 meters… Ran a season-best time of 5:05.95 in the mile and clocked in at 11:09.58 in the 3000… Both were top-10 finishes.

2002 Cross Country: Named to the All-CAA Cross Country team after a 10th-place finish in the 6,000 meters at the CAA Championships in 22:26.87… Recorded four other top-10 finishes, including a season-high finish of third at the Mason Invitational… Posted a personal-best time of 18:25.60 in the 5,000 meters at the James Madison Invitational to place fifth among collegians and sixth overall… Posted the Patriots’ best time in all six meets.

2002 Outdoor: Competed in the 800, 1500 and 4x800-meter relay… Posted the team’s top time in the 1500, winning at the Maryland Invitational in a season-best 4:41.39… Scored for the Patriots in the event at the CAA Championships, placing seventh… Also scored in the 800 meters, finishing eighth in a season-best 2:17.28.

2002 Indoor: Top miler for the Patriots… Posted season-best time of 5:02.54 to finish seventh among collegians at Virginia Tech’s Last Chance Meet… Turned in two additional top-10 finishes in the mile… Placed third among collegians in the 800 meters at the season-opening Father Diamond Invitational in 2:24.14… Ran a leg on the distance medley relay that picked up two top-10 finishes.

2001 Cross Country: Team captain… Posted a top-20 finish at the season-opening Navy Invitational in a season-best 20:30.76… Also competed at the CAA Championships.

2001 Highlights: Outdoors, recorded a team- and personal-best time of 4:38.21 in the 1500 meters for a top-25 finish at Tennessee’s Sea Ray Relays… Was third in the event at the Patriot Invitational… Ran the third leg in both the 4x800-meter relay and distance medley relay… 4x8 finished fifth in the College Division at the Penn Relays in a season-best 9:16.78… Indoors, qualified for the ECAC Championships as part of the 4x800-meter relay… Won the 800 meters at the Patriot Games in 2:20.64… Placed in the top five in the mile at the Collegiate Invitational… Ran a season-best 5:10.26 in the mile at the Penn State Open… Ran the first leg of the 4x800-meter relay, winning at the Patriot Games… Competed in four cross country meets in 2000 … The top Patriot finisher at the season-opening Navy Invitational, placing in the top 10… A top-15 finisher at the Mason Invitational, finishing the 5,000-meter run in a then-personal-best 20:14.42… The team’s top finisher at the CAA Cross Country Championships, placing 27th in the 6,000-meter run in 24:25.60.

2000 Highlights: Outdoors ran season- and team-best time of 4:52.01 in the 1500 meters at the CAA Championships… Also competed in the 800 meters at the Terrapin Invitational, finishing fourth in 2:24.85... Indoors, primarily competed in the mile… Placed in the top 10 at the Collegiate Invitational in a season-best 5:24.53… Competed in every cross country meet in 1999, posting two top-20 finishes… Recorded best time of 21:06.20 at the CAA Cross Country Championships, as the fourth Patriot finisher… Highest finish was 12th at the Maryland Invitational.
