2003 Outdoor: At the ECAC Championships, she recorded a leap of 18-feet, 10 ¾-inches in the long jump. That ranked her second on the year among the Patriots in the long jump… Finished ninth at the CAC Championships.

2003 Indoor: ECAC QUALIFIER: LONG JUMP, TRIPLE JUMP; Set a personal-best mark in the triple jump to place third at the Patriot Games with a 39-foot, 7¼-inch performance… Posted a season-best mark of 19 feet, 3½ inches in the long jump to place second among collegians at the Virginia Tech Invitational… Picked up top-five finishes in the event three times and finished 10th at the ECAC Championships.

2002 Outdoor: ECAC QUALIFIER: LONG JUMP, TRIPLE JUMP; Leapt a personal-best 20 feet, 3½ inches in the long jump to place fourth at the ECAC Championships, making her seventh on Mason’s all-time outdoor performers list in the event… Had five additional top-five finishes in the long jump, including placing fourth at the CAA Championships and placing third among collegians at the Raleigh Relays…Top collegiate finisher in the triple jump at the Mason Invitational with a season-best leap of 39 feet, 2¼ inches… Placed fourth at CAAs and in the top 15 at ECACs.

2002 Indoor: ECAC QUALIFIER: LONG JUMP; Posted a season-best long jump of 19 feet, 6½ inches at the season-opening Father Diamond Invitational to finish second among collegians… That mark ranks her 10th on George Mason’s all-time indoor performers list… Also runner-up at the Penn State Open and was third at the Virginia Tech Invitational… Placed in the top 10 at ECACs… Placed among the top five collegians in the triple jump at the Penn State Open… Also competed in the 60 meters.

2001 Highlights: Outdoors, qualified for the ECAC Championships in the long jump and triple jump… Posted team’s best long jump of season with a then-personal-best 19-foot, 8¾-inch jump to place fourth at the ECAC Championships… Runner-up in the event at CAA Championships with a 19-foot, 3½-inch performance… Won the long jump at the Patriot Invitational… Also excelled in the triple jump, finishing third at CAAs with a season-best leap of 39 feet, 5 inches…. That mark ranks her ninth on Mason’s all-time outdoor performers list in the triple jump… Indoors, posted two top-five finishes in the long jump, including runner-up at the season-opening Father Diamond Invitational… Jumped a season-best 18 feet, 7½ inches at the Collegiate Invitational.

Prep: Competed in track & field for four years, earning four letters… A two-time team MVP… A two-time Delta League long jump champion and a one-time subsection champion… Four-time state finalist in the long jump… In that event she was ranked in the state's top 10 and in the nation's top 50… Also played volleyball for two years, earning two letters.

Personal: Born October 2, 1982… Parents are Reginald and Jarma Allen… Has two siblings, Quaylan (24) and Naashon (11)… Her father played football at Oregon State and her brother, Quaylan, competed in track & field at California State University… Also an excellent student, graduating with a 3.8 GPA… Named a third-team Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar… Currently maintains higher than a 3.5 GPA and is a two-time CAA Scholar-Athlete… Named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll every semester at George Mason, and was named to the Dean’s List in Spring 2001 and Fall 2002… Off the track enjoys listening to music, shopping and reading… Also recruited by San Diego State, Nevada State and Cal Poly… A 2000 graduate of Laguna Creek High School… A business management major.
