Kristina Soderquist enters her second year as a volunteer coach for the Mason tennis team. A student of the game, she graduated from Fordham University in 1993 with a B.S. in Physics and on a full tennis scholarship and played No. 1 singles and No.1 and 2 doubles all four years for the Rams. She was nationally ranked as a junior from the Mid-Atlantic Tennis Association.

She has experience as a teacher of the game as well, serving as the assistant tennis professional for the Washington Hilton Sport and Health Club and conducting group clinics for the Arlington Y Tennis and Squash Club.

She currently is a law clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She has earned two post-graduate degrees, a M.S.T. in Physics from the University of Florida and her law degree from the University of Virginia.
