2005-06: Placed 16th in the 100 backstroke (1:00.59) and 15th in the 200 back (2:09.79) at the CAA Championships...made the Athletic Director's Honor Roll spring semester.

2004-05: Placed seventh in the 200-yard backstroke (2:09.35) and 13th in the 100 back (1:00.05) at CAA's...garnered career-highs in both the 100 back (59.60) and the 200 back (2:08.28) at the conference championships...named to the AD's Honor Roll, as well as the Dean's List fall semester...earned CAA Commissioner's Award.

2003-04: Swam personal bests in the 50 free (24.72), 100 backstroke (1:00.88) and the 200 backstroke (2:12.38) at the CAA Championships...set career record in the 100 free (55.80) on Nov. 23...made the Dean's List and the Athletic Director's Honor Roll both semesters...earned the CAA Commissioner's Academic Award.

Prep: Four year letterwinner in swimming and earned one letter in track and field...named to the high honor roll all four years...top five percent of graduating class (4.009 GPA)...earned National Chemistry Society award senior year...earned MVP honors senior season on swim team...named Monroe County all-league 10 times throughout high school career...most improved player on swim team (1999-00)...Monroe County Division I swimmer of the year senior season.
