Position:
Assistant Coach

O'Leary, a 2008 graduate of Iona College, served as an assistant coach for the Gaels for one season. She traveled abroad last year to London, England where she was the lacrosse specialist for the North London Collegiate School.

A four-year standout lacrosse player for Iona, O'Leary was selected by the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference as one of the league's two nominations for the 2008 NCAA Woman of the Year Award. O'Leary's numerous accomplishments both on the field and in the classroom qualified her for the nomination.

An All-MAAC performer all four years at Iona, O'Leary played an integral role in building Iona's first ever women's lacrosse program. She earned First Team All-MAAC honors during her sophomore and senior campaigns and was Second Team as a freshman and junior. The three-time MAAC All-Academic team selection was also named the 2007 MAAC Preseason Player of the Year. She finished her career as Iona's all-time leader in 17 categories including points (225), goals (188), ground balls (209) and draw controls (176). The two-time captain was also the program's first and only 200 point and 100 goal scorer.
