Rita Gerdak returns for her fourth season as the George Mason women's lacrosse team manager in 2009. Prior to becoming the team's manager, Gerdak earned a varsity letter for her role as a backup goalkeeper during the 2005 season. Gerdak played three years of varsity lacrosse at Robert E. Lee High School, where she earned First-Team All-District 10 honors for her performance during the 2004 season. As a senior, she was voted the Lancers' Most Valuable Player. In addition to playing both basketball and softball, the 2004 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School played in the W.T. Woodson Fall Lacrosse League for three years. |
