2007 Outdoor: Competed in the 1500-meter run at the Mason Spring Classic, finishing in 4:15.36... Crossed the finish line in 9:16.73 in the 3000-meter run at the Wake Forest Open... Finished the 5000-meter run in 16:31.16 at the CAA Championships.

2007 Indoor: Finished the 3000-meter run in 9:04.41 at the Patriot Games on Jan. 27... Teamed with Bobby Krause, Jon Laude and Chris Palmer to place third in the 4x800-meter relay at the Father Diamond Invitational, crossing the finish line in 8:33.87.

2006 Cross Country: Ran his best time of the year at the Mason Invitational, clocking in at 27:28.55... Finished 69th at the CAA Championships with a time of 27:50.96... Made the Athletic Director's Honor Roll during the fall semester... Earned the CAA Commissioner's Academic Award.
