2007 Cross Country: Recorded his top time of the season at the CAA Championships, crossing the finish line in 25:51.70 to finish in 25th place in the 8k run... Finished in 42nd place at the Navy Invitational with a time of 25:53.70... Finished in 16th place at the Mason Invitational.

2007 Outdoor: Established new personal bests during the season in the 800-meter run (1:55.92), 1,500-meter run (4:05.56), 3,000-meter run (9:00.35) and 5,000-meter run (15:36.66)... Ran the team's fifth-fastest time in the 3,000-meter run... Ran on two 4x800-meter relay teams that finished with times faster than the IC4A-qualifying standard, including the one that placed fourth at the IC4A Championships with a time of 7:31.80.

2007 Indoor: Set new personal standards in the mile (4:25.77) and 3,000-meter run (8:59.90)... Ran on three 4x800-meter relay teams during the season, including the one that finished third at the Virginia Tech Invitational and qualified for the IC4A Championships with a time of 7:50.24... Finished first in the 4x800-meter relay at the Father Diamond Invitational, teaming with John Crain, Anthony LaMastro and Kris Cruz to finish in 8:02.50.

2006 Cross Country: Ran his best time of the season at the Albany Invitational, finishing 51st with a time of 26:10.30... Finished 10th at the Delaware Invitational with a time of 27:39.83... Placed 35th at the CAA Championships with a time of 26:33.27... Ran a time of 33:32.30 at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships... Made the Dean's List during the fall semester... Earned the CAA Commissioner's Academic Award.

2006 Indoor: Posted a time of 4:30.80 to set a new personal best in the mile at the Virginia Tech Invitational... Finished the 3,000-meter run in 9:20.78 at the Father Diamond Invitational.

2005 Cross Country: Ran a time of 28:04.42 at the Lou Onesty Invitational... Finished 30th with a time of 28:56.20 at the JMU Invitational... Finished 50th with a time of 27:31.03 at the GW Invitational... Placed 30th with a time of 27:43.12 at the Mason Invitational... Finished 35th with a time of 27:37.21 at the William & Mary Invitational... Finished 53rd at the CAA Championships with a time of 27:23.76.

2005 Outdoor: Ran the 800m at the CAA Championships, placing 24th with a mark of 2:00.17... Recorded a season-best time of 4:12.44 and was 11th in the 1500m at the Mason Invitational... Posted times of 4:13.34 and 4:14.89 at the Baldy Castillo Invitational and Raleigh Relays, where he placed 32nd and 58th, respectively... 2005 Indoor: Competed in three events... Was 48th in the Men's College Division 800m run at the Armory Collegiate with a season-best time of 1:59.56... Ran 2:02.63 and finished 8th in the 800 at the Patriot Games... Crossed the finish in 8th place at 2:43.30 in the 1000m at the Collegiate Open... Ranked 3rd overall in the mile in a season-best 4:36.67 at the Winter Open... Placed 12th (4:36.83) at the Father Diamond Open.

2004 Cross Country: Saw action at three meets... Was 37th and Mason's third-best finisher at the George Washington Invitational with a time of 29:16... Placed 39th (28:49.46) at the Mason Invitational and was the 4th Patriot to cross... Finished 56th overall and 3rd as a Patriot at the CAA Championships, coming in at 29:55.30.

Prep: Competed in both indoor and outdoor track as well as cross country at Kempsville High School... Lettered three times in outdoor track, twice in indoor track and twice in cross country... As a senior, won the Kempsville High School awards for Cross Country Clutch Performer, Indoor Track Most Dedicated Athlete, Indoor Track Gatorade Will to Win, Outdoor Track Best Work Ethic and Outdoor Track Gatorade Player of the Year. Member of the Honor Roll.
