2007 Cross Country: Ran his fastest time of the season at the CAA Championships, crossing the finish line in 25:32.20 to place 18th in the 8k run... Finished in 13th place at the Mason Invitational... Recorded a time of 27:18.00 in the 5.2 mile run at the Penn State National Invitational... Was the team's top finisher at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships, crossing the finish line in 62nd place with a time of 31:46.15 in the 10k run... Also was the team's top finisher at the IC4A Championships, finishing in 44th place with a time of 26:05.00 in the five mile run.

2007 Indoor: Set new personal standards in the 1,000-meter run (2:34.10), 3,000-meter run (8:36.81) and the mile (4:20.74) during the season... Finished with the team's second-fastest time during the season in both the mile and 3,000-meter run, and the third-fastest time in the 1,000-meter run... Finished first in the 4x800-meter relay at the Father Diamond Invitational, teaming with Ryan Davis, Anthony LaMastro and Kris Cruz to finish in 8:02.50... Also ran on the 4x800-meter relay at the Virginia Tech Invitational, placing third and qualifying for the IC4A Championships with a time of 7:50.24... 2005 Outdoor: Competed in the 800 and 1500m runs... Placed 18th in the 800m at the Baldy Castillo Invitational, coming in at a season-best 1:58.72...
