Bohn Mentioned in Sports Illustrated's Faces in the Crowd

    NEW YORK, N.Y. - George Mason wrestling freshman Jake Bohn recently appeared in Sports Illustrated's Faces in the Crowd. The magazine highlighted Bohn's record-setting wrestling career at East Kentwood High School in Kentwood, Mich.

    Bohn set the national high school record with 526 takedowns during his senior season. He also set a record in the state of Michigan for career takedowns with 1,365 during his four-year career with the Falcons. Bohn finished with a 178-39 overall record at East Kentwood, qualifying for the Michigan State Championships four times, finishing as the runner-up at 160 pounds as a senior.

    Bohn will begin his collegiate wrestling career on Sunday, Nov. 9 when the Patriots travel to Blacksburg, Va. to take on in-state rival Virginia Tech in a 5 p.m. dual meet at Cassell Coliseum.
