2007 Outdoor: Ran two of the team's top-five times in the 200-meter dash... Best time in the 200-meter dash was 22.99 seconds at the CAA Championships... Top time in the 400-meter dash was 50.65 seconds at the Patriot Open Invitational... Ran on the 4x100-meter relay with Michael Wade, Andres Maldonado and Alex Clayton at the CAA Championships, crossing the finish line in 44.41 seconds to finish in sixth place... Also was a member of George Mason's 4x400-meter relay team that competed at the IC4A Championships, finishing in 3:16.15 to top the IC4A qualifying standard.

2007 Indoor: Competed in the 400- and 500-meter dash for the Patriots... Top time in the 400-meter dash was 53.42 seconds at the Virginia Tech Challenge... Top time in the 500-meter dash was 1:11.40 at the Virginia Tech Invitational... Was on the 4x400-meter relay team that recorded the team's top time of the season in the event, finishing in 3:25.08 at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

Prep: Played four years of varsity soccer and two years of varsity basketball at Fair Oaks Academy... Made the National Honor Roll in 2004.
