2007 Outdoor: Ran three of the team's top four times in the 1500-meter run... Finished seventh at the CAA Championships in the 1500-meter run, crossing the finish line in 3:56.96... Placed third in the 1500-meter run at the Patriot Open Invitational, finishing the race in 3:54.34, his best time of the season... Top time in the 800-meter run was 1:56.84 at the Lou Onesty/Milton G. Abramson Invitational... Top time in the 3000-meter run was 9:00.94 at the Wake Forest Open.

2007 Indoor: Competed in the 3000-meter run for the Patriots... Ran his best time in the event at the Virginia Tech Challenge, crossing the finish line in 8:40.67.

At Villanova: Member of the distance medley relay team that won the Big East Indoor Championship in 2005... All-Conference and All-Region in cross country in 2004... Member of the All-Big East Academic Team.

Prep: Five-time All-American at Cherokee North High School... Ran a 4:13 mile.
