Three-Time CAA Champion
2003 Indoor: IC4A QUALIFIER: 500 METERS, 800 METERS, 1600-METER RELAY; Ran a leg on the 4x400-meter relay, posting a season-best time of 3:13.75 during the preliminary round at the IC4A Championships… Relay finished in the top five five times… Ran the second leg on the winning 4x800-meter relay at the Collegiate Open… Posted a season-best time of 1:54.12 in the 800 meters at Virginia Tech’s Last Chance Meet to place in the top 10… Won the 500 meters at the Collegiate Open in 1:04.52… Recorded a season-best time of 1:04.45 in the event at the IC4A Championships. 2002 Cross Country: Competed in all six meets for the Patriots, recording a season-best time of 27 minutes, 51.46 seconds (27:51.46) to place in the top 50 at the George Washington Invitational… Turned in three other top-50 finishes, including a season-high 27th at the Mason Invitational. 2002 Outdoor: IC4A QUALIFIER: 800 METERS, 4x400-METER RELAY, 4x800-METER RELAY; Won the CAA title in the 800 meters in a personal- and season-best 1:49.96… Also won the conference title as the anchor on the 4x4… The relay was runner up at the Texas Relays and was the third-placing collegiate relay at the Raleigh Relays in 3:08.46… Ran the second leg of the 4x8 at the Penn Relays, finishing sixth in the Championship of America division in a season-best 7:27.13… Ran the lead leg at the Raleigh Relays, placing third in 7:35.94. 2002 Indoor: IC4A QUALIFIER: 500 METERS, 4x400-METER RELAY; Usually ran the anchor leg on the 4x400-meter relay… The relay won at three meets, including in a meet record 3:09.34 at the IC4A Championships… Relay recorded a season-best and NCAA provisionally qualifying time of 3:09.15 to win at Virginia Tech's Last Chance Meet… Also victorious at the St. Valentine Invitational… Posted the team's second-fastest time in the 500 meters, clocking in at 1:03.53 as the second-finishing collegian and third overall at the St. Valentine Invitational… Placed ninth in the 500 at the IC4A Championships… Also competed in the 800 meters, recording a sixth-place finish at the Patriot Games… Recorded season-best time of 1:54.45 at the Virginia Tech Invitational, just .05 seconds from the IC4A qualifying standard. 2001 Cross Country: Competed in four cross country meets, posting the team's third-fastest time of the season with a 26:56.22 performance to place 15th at George Mason's Fall Classic. 2000-2001 Highlights: Outdoors qualified for the IC4A Championships with the 4x800-meter relay… Ran the first leg on the 4x8 that finished in the top 10 at the Texas Relays in 7:39.26… The relay finished eighth at IC4As, recording a season-best time of 7:31.22 during the prelims… Placed fifth in the 800 meters at the Patriot Invitational in a season-best 1:56.24… Indoors, qualified for IC4As in the 500 meters, 800 meters, 4x400-meter relay and 4x800-meter relay… Ran the team's third fastest time of the season in the 500 meters to place sixth at IC4As in a season-best 1:03.66… Won the event at the Patriot Games, and was the runner-up at the Prince George's Sports Invitational… Finished in the top five in the 800 meters at George Mason's Collegiate Invitational… Runner-up in the 1000 at the Father Diamond Invitational… Ran the anchor on the 4x4 that won at the Patriot Games… Also anchored the 4x8, posting a season-best time of 7:41.02 in the prelims at IC4As… Ran in four cross country meets, posting season-best time of 27:22.80 at the Mount St. Mary's Invitational… Finished in the top 20 at both the George Washington Invitational and Mason Invitational. 1999-2000 Highlights: Outdoors qualified for IC4As in the 800 meters and 4x4… Recorded a season-best time of 1:50.36 in the 800 meters, in a come-from-behind win at the CAA Championships to qualify for IC4As… Also ran the 4x4, placing second at CAAs and in the top 10 at both IC4As and the Sea Ray Relays, in a season-best time of 3:12.14… Indoors qualified for IC4As in the 500 meters and 4x400-meter relay… Competed in the 500, 800, 1000, 4x4 and the 4x8… The 4x4 won at both the adidas DC Invitational and St. Valentine Invitational… Posted a season-best time of 3:10.75 at Virginia Tech's Last Chance Meet… At that meet also finished third in the 500 meters in the IC4A-qualifying and season-best time of 1:04.29… In his first cross country season he posted the team's fastest time, placing eighth in 26:59 at Salisbury State University's Tidewater Fall Classic… Also picked up a top-15 finish at the Seahawk Invitational… Posted the highest Patriot finish in two of the three meets in which he competed. Prep Career: Ran cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field all four years at Central Bucks, earning 11 letters… Named indoor and outdoor track MVP in his final three years… Was an All-American in the 800 meters indoors and out as a senior… Pennsylvania state champion in the 800 meters as a senior… Garnered all-state honors in the 800 meters and second-team all-state honors in the 4x800-meter relay… Earned all-league honors in the 4x400-meter relay, 4x800-meter relay, 400 meters and 800 meters… Was second-team all-league in the 200 meters… In 1999 he posted the fastest 800 split for a high school male at the Penn Relays for the second-straight year, at 1:50.8-the 11th fastest Penn Relays split in meet history… His 4x8 relay was runner-up at the state championships in 1998 and 1999… Holds 11 school records… Also played several club sports, including soccer for seven years, wrestling for six years and baseball for six years… Received high honors for academic achievement.
