2007 Outdoor: Top time in the 1500-meter run was 4:04.55 at the Patriot Open Invitational... Best time in the 5000-meter run was 15:36.50 at the Wake Forest Open.

2007 Indoor: Ran his fastest time of the season in the mile at the Patriot Games, finishing the race in 4:33.34... Crossed the finish line in 8:58.93 in the 3000-meter run at the St. Valentine's Invitational.

2006 Cross Country: Ran his best time of the season at the Mason Invitational, finishing in 27:27.91... Also ran at the Albany Invitational, finishing in 27:32.50.

Prep: Competed in cross country for three years, winter track for two years and spring track for four years at Plymouth South High School... Named an All-Star in track from 2004-06... Named an All-Star in cross country in 2004 and 2006... Earned All-Scholastic honors in 2006... Also played soccer and wrestled for a season for the Panthers.
