2007 Cross Country: Ran the team's fastest time of the season at the CAA Championships, crossing the finish line in 24:49.40 in the 8k run to place fifth and earn All-CAA honors... Recorded two of the team's top three times of the season... Second fastest time was 25:28.00 at the Navy Invitational to finish 26th... Was the team's top finisher at four meets during the season, and the second-fastest on the team at two meets... Ran a time of 32:00.70 to finish 75th in the 10k run at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships... Finished 47th with a time of 26:07.00 on the five-mile course at the IC4A Championships... Named the George Mason Male Student-Athlete of the Month for October.

2007 Outdoor: Recorded the team's second-fastest time in both the 3000-meter run (8:43.89) and the 5000-meter run (14:51.10)... Crossed the finish line in 3:59.90 in the 1500-meter run at the Patriot Open Invitational.

2007 Indoor: Competed in both the mile and the 3000-meter run for the Patriots... Fastest time in the mile was 4:25.01 at the Patriot Games on Jan. 27... Top time in the 3000-meter run was 8:44.02 at the Virginia Tech Challenge... Was on the 4x800-meter relay team that competed at the IC4A Championships, finishing the race in 7:59.02... Finished third in the 3000-meter run at the Father Diamond Invitational, finishing in 9:02.32... Teamed with Tommy Mason, Jon Laude and Chris Palmer to place third in the 4x800-meter relay at the Father Diamond Invitational with a time of 8:33.87.

2006 Cross Country: Ran his best time of the year at the Albany Invitational, finishing 15th with a time of 25:26.70... Placed 21st at the CAA Championships with a time of 26:01.76... Finished 57th at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships with a time of 32:29.55.

Prep: Competed for five years in cross country and four years in both winter and spring track at Connetquot High School... Named All-State twice in cross country...
