2004 Outdoor: Ran both the 100 and 200 and three times ran both events... At the CAA Championships, finished 13th in the 100 with a time of 11.36... Added a 17th-place finish in the 200 with a time of 24.60... Ran a 23.89 in the 200 at the Terrapin Invitational, which placed 30th... Added a 20th-place finish at the Terrapin Invitational in the 100, with a time of 11.53... Ran fastest times of the season in final meet, the Patriot Open... Finished the 100 in 11.39 and the 200 in 23.44, placing 15th and 22nd, respectively... Opened the outdoor season with an 11.40 at the Baldy Castillo Invitational.

2004 Indoor: Had a pair of top-10 finishes at 60 meters, peaking late in the season... Started off with a 7.38 at the Father Diamond, good for 24th... Improved to 7.35 at the Virginia Tech Indoor Invitational... Set a personal best at the Patriot Games, finishing sixth with a time of 7.23... Followed that effort with a 7.24 performance at the Collegiate Open, which resulted in a 10th-place finish... Ran the 55-meters at the Winter Open, finishing 14th in 6.80.

2003 Outdoors: Scored for the Patriots in the 100-meters at the CAA Championships, placing fifth in a season-best 11.20 seconds... Also finished in the top 10 in the 200-meters in a season-best 23.28 seconds

2003 Indoor: Placed in the top five in the 200 meters at the Winter Open in 24.10 seconds... Posted a season-best time of 23.68 in the event to place in the top 10 at the Patriot Games... Placed sixth in the 55 meters at the Winter Open, after running a season-best 6.75 during the preliminary round... Also competed in the 60 meters.

2002 Outdoor: Qualified for the IC4A as part of the 4X100-meter relay team... Ran the first leg on the 4x100-meter relay during the prelims of the IC4A Championships that posted a season-best time of 40.95 seconds... Ran the anchor leg of the 4x1 at the CAA Championships, placing fifth... Recorded a season-best time of 11.54 seconds in the 100 meters at the season-opening Raleigh Relays... Ran a season-best 24.06 seconds in the 200 meters to place in the top 20 at the CAA Championships.

2001 Indoor: Competed in the short sprints for the Patriots... Among the top 15 collegiate finishers in the 55 meters at the St. Valentine Invitational in 6.73 seconds... Posted a season-best time of 7.28 second in the 60 meters and 23.60 seconds in the 200 meters.

Prep Career: Competed in track & field for four years for the Cougars, lettering each year... Received All-Concorde District honors as a junior and senior... Team was the district champion both indoors and outdoors in 2000 and 2001... Led 4x100-meter relay to the district title as a junior and district runner-up in the 55-meter dash as a senior... Ran on the state's top-ranked sprint medley relay.
