2007 Cross Country: Ran his fastest time of the season, and the team's second-best time of the year, at the CAA Championships, where he finished the 8k race in 25:21.40 to place 14th... Finished in 10th place at the Mason Invitational... Ran a time of 27:28.00 on the 5.2 mile course at the Penn State National Invitational to finish in 62nd place... Competed at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships, crossing the finish line in 102nd place with a time of 32:39.30 in the 10k race... Ran at the IC4A Championships, finishing in 80th place with a time of 26:37.00 on the five mile course.

2007 Outdoor: Ran the team's third-fastest time in the 5000-meter run, finishing in 14:52.35 at the Penn Relays... Also competed in the 800-meter run and the 1500-meter run... Top time in the 800-meter run was 1:55.74 at the Patriot Open Invitational... Top time in the 1500-meter run was 3:58.41 at the Mason Spring Classic... Teamed with Ryan Gaul, Chris Rice and Ben Rodman to finish first in the 4x400-meter relay at the Patriot Open Invitational, clocking in at 3:30.39... 2007 Indoor: Recorded the team's second-fastest time of the season in the 1000-meter run, clocking in at 2:33.42 at the Patriot Games... Ran the team's top time in the mile, crossing the finish line in 4:18.02 at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational... Also had the team's top time in the 3000-meter run, finishing in 8:31.28 at the St. Valentine's Invitational... Placed second in the 3000-meter run at the Father Diamond Invitational, finishing in 8:57.24... Was a member of the 4x800-meter relay team that finished first at the Father Diamond Invitational (8:02.50)... Teamed with Anthony LaMastro, Ryan Davis and John Crain to record a time of 7:50.24 in the 4x800-meter relay at the Virginia Tech Invitational, finishing third at the meet and qualifying for the IC4A Championships in the event... 2006 Cross Country: Ran his fastest time of the season at the Mason Invitational, crossing the finish line in 25:24.40... Finished 22nd at the CAA Championships with a time of 26:04.32... Ran a time of 32:59.10 at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships.

At American: Named to the All-Patriot League Second-Team in 2006 for running the 800 leg on the second-place DMR team... Also ran an indoor best of 4:19.40 in 2006 at the Mason Patriot Games... Finished 13th at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships in the 1500 (3:59.34) in 2005.

Prep: Competed at Oakton High School and earned All-District, All-Region and All-State honors for the Cougars... Was a three-time All-American in high school.
