2008 Outdoor: Earned the team's second-fastest time and 10th overall in the 10000-meter at the CAA Championships with a time of 32:54.83...Also competed in the 5000-meter recording his best time at the Colonial Relays finishing in 15:53.65. 2008 Indoor: Recorded the team's second-fastest time in the 5000-meter run, crossing the finish line in 15:53.26 at the Valentines' Invitational... Ran a time of 8:57.77 in the 3000-meter run at the Mason Last Chance meet. 2007 Cross Country: Top time of the season was 26:36.70 in the 8k run at the CAA Championships... Crossed the finish line in 26:37.40 in the 8k run at the Navy Invitational... Competed at the IC4A Championships, crossing the finish line in 27:35.00. At JMU: Competed for a year at James Madison before transferring to George Mason when the Dukes dropped their men's track and field program.
