2004-05: Won the CAA Championship in both the 200-yard IM (1:52.57) and the 400 IM (3:57.96)...tabbed CAA Male co-Swimmer of the Week on Dec. 9...placed sixth in the 200 back (1:52.93) and was part of the 800 free relay team that placed second at the conference championships (6:46.83).

2003-04: Claimed both the 200 butterfly (1:50.53) and the 400 IM (3:59.31) titles at the CAA Championships...won the bronze in the 200 IM with a time of 1:51.66 at the conference championships...named to the AD's Honor Roll spring semester.

2002-03: Won the CAA Male Rookie Swimmer of the Year award...tied for fourth place in points scored at CAA Championships with 53 points...finished third in the 500 free (4:35.16), won the 400 individual medley (3:56.91) and placed second in the 200 fly (1:51.41).

Prep: Swam all four years at Norfolk Christian...was a member of the water polo team in ninth grade...earned MVP honors all four years in swimming...member of the National Honor Society...Outstanding Metropolitan Scholastic Swimmer of the Year 2000 and 2001...broke the 500 free state record in 2001 and the 200 IM state record the following year.

Personal: Born Aug. 30, 1983...son of Timothy and Roseanne Norton...has one younger sister, Anne...majoring in public administration.
