2005-06: Garnered All-American status, twice, after finishing 12th in the 1,650 free (15:01.36) and 14th in the 500 free (4:21.78) at the NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships...finished eighth in the 1,500-meter free at the 2006 ConocoPhillips Swimming National Championships (15:27.73)...earned CAA Men's Swimmer of the Year honors and was also named Outstanding Swimmer of the CAA Championships... swam the 1,650 free at CAAs in an NCAA `A-Cut' time of 15:05.35, for a new pool, team, CAA Meet and a CAA top performance record...claimed the 500 free title in a CAA meet record time of 4:23.59 and also placed first in the 200 free (1:39.96)... member of the first place 800 free relay team (6:46.68) at CAAs...featured in Sports Illustrated's `Faces in the Crowd' (Jan. 9)...named CAA Male Swimmer of the Week on two occasions (Dec. 7 and Nov. 22).

2004-05: Named CAA Men's Swimmer of the Year...qualified for U.S. World Championship Swimming Trials; finished 10th in 1,500-meter freestyle...earned Outstanding Male Swimmer of the CAA Championships honors...won the CAA Championship in the 500-yard free with a Mason record-setting time of 4:28.69 and the 1,650-yard free in a CAA meet record time of 15:18.80...finished second in the 200 free at CAAs in a school record time of 1:41.11...named CAA Male Swimmer of the Week (Feb. 8) ...part of the 800 free relay team that placed second at CAAs (6:46.83).

2003-04: Earned CAA Rookie of the Year honors in swimming...won the 1,650 free at the CAA Championships in a Mason record-setting time of 15:38.99...placed second at CAA's in the 500 free with a school record time of 4:33.08...finished 15th in the 200 free (1:45.66) at the conference championships...set another school record in the 1,000 free at the CAA Championships (9:28.90)...named to the AD's Honor Roll spring semester.

Prep: Lettered all four years for the Robinson swim team...named "Most Improved" swimmer sophomore year...won "Gatorade-Will to Win" award senior season...won Summer Zones of 2003...placed sixth in the 500 and eighth in the 200 at States senior year.
