FAIRFAX, Va. - After a brief midweek break in its home schedule, George Mason returns to George Mason Stadium to take on the James Madison Dukes in a Colonial Athletic Association men's soccer tilt on Saturday at 7 p.m. The Patriots, who lead the conference in home attendance, enter the match with a 5-4-1 overall record, 1-2-0 mark in CAA contests and a 3-2-0 record in home matches.

After winning four consecutive matches, including the conference opener against Virginia Commonwealth University, Mason has lost two straight overtime contests, falling to William and Mary on Oct. 4 and Towson on Oct. 8. Despite a 17-3 advantage in the second half in shots taken, the Patriots were unable to defeat the Tigers on the road in their last match, as Tommy Appel-Schumaker netted the game-winner with less than a minute remaining in the first overtime period to give Towson the 2-1 win.

George Mason will attempt to bounce back from the tough loss against a James Madison team that enters the match with a 5-4-2 overall record and a 2-2-0 mark in conference matches. The Dukes have yet to register a win on the road with two losses and two ties in four road matches. JMU is led by midfielders Andrew Harvey and Nick Zimmerman, who are both tied for third place in the CAA in points with four goals and three assists, for a total of 11 points each.

Every Saturday at George Mason Stadium is the Saturday Night Launch Party and this one is no different as fans will have the opportunity to catch t-shirts and mini soccer balls that will be tossed into the crowd by George Mason Marketing guru Greg Kennedy throughout the match.

Tickets can be purchased at the gate on Saturday and cost $5 for adults and $2 for youth and senior citizens. All full-time enrolled George Mason University students will be admitted free with a valid George Mason student ID. Saturday's match is the annual Green and Gold Game. Fans that wear green or gold will receive discounted admission to the match, paying just $1 for a ticket.
