Flasher enters his final season with the Patriots and he will work out of the bullpen... Has an excellent fastball and goes after hitters... Is durable and can pitch multiple times in a series.

2009: Appeared in 20 games and ran his school-record for career saves to 24... Broke the school record for career appearances with 73... Is top 20 in school history in strikeout-to-walk ratio... tied for the team lead with six saves... Did not allow an earned run in first six appearances... Earned a save against Lehigh (3/13) striking out two in a scoreless inning... Threw a scoreless inning at Old Dominion (3/22) to pick up his second save and keep his ERA at 0.00... Finally gave up a run and took a loss at William & Mary (3/29) allowing three hits in one inning... Picked up the save against Mount St. Mary's (3/31)... Had a pair of saves in a series sweep of UNC Wilmington, as Mason won 4-2 (4/3) and 10-8 (4/5)... Picked up final save of the year against Hofstra (4/26)... That was longest stint of the year, going one and two-third innings... Surrendered just one home run on the year, at Maryland (4/22)... Struck out two batters in a game three times (3/13, 4/8, 4/11).

2008: Suffered a season-ending elbow injury in his first appearance of the season, Feb. 24 at College of Charleston... Gave up one run in one inning on three walks. Had a strikeout but did not allow a hit... Earned a medical redshirt and will retain the season of eligibility... Selected in the 39th round of the 2008 Major League Baseball Amateur Draft by Toronto.

2007: Set a Mason single-season school record for saves with 14 and tied the school's career record for saves with 18... Also set a new school mark with 27 appearances, exactly half of Mason's contests... Named second-team All-CAA... Was 2-4 with 14 saves and a 2.84 ERA with 15 walks and 39 strikeouts in 38 innings pitched... Allowed just two homers on the season with those coming in his final two appearances of the year... Held opposing batters to a .231 batting average and briefly led the nation in saves before finishing the year among the top 10... From April 1-May 6 made 12 appearances with 12 saves and no earned runs allowed, striking out 22 and walking five in 15.2 innings... while compiling a .161 opponent's batitng average... Is top 15 all-time at Mason in appearances and strikeout-to-walk ratio... Averaged 9.24 strikeouts per nine innings, 10th best single-season mark in school history... Had the 11th-lowest single-season ERA in school history and the sixth-lowest single-season ERA in school history for relievers.

2006: Appeared in 25 games, one shy of the school record for appearances in a season and a new school record for freshmen... Recorded a team-high four saves which tied for seventh-most in a single season in school history... Led the Patriots with a 4.34 ERA while recording a 3-1 mark... Between three wins and four saves, had a hand in more than one-third of the team's wins... Was not scored upon in first five appearances... Earned first collegiate win after pitching a scoreless inning in a 3-1 win over Pittsburgh (Feb. 19)... Had two wins in conference play, taking victories over UNC Wilmington (March 18) and Virginia Commonwealth (April 21)... First collegiate save came in 7-6 win over Towson (March 26), allowing just one hit in one and two-third innings... Also had saves against Longwood, Hofstra and George Washington... Recorded nearly a strikeout per inning with 26 in 29 innings... Also limited the opposition to fewer than one hit per inning with 27 hits in 29 innings... Led the Patriots with a .248 opponents batting average.

PREP: Earned four letters in baseball and two in golf for the Yellow Jackets... As a junior, was 6-2 with a 1.25 ERA... As a senior, was 9-1 with a 1.03 ERA and 114 strikeouts... Led the state in strikeouts as a senior... Threw a no-hitter against the 2005 state runner-up... As a senior, named first-team All-District and first-team All-Region as well as honorable mention All-Met... As a junior, name All-District and second-team All-Region.
