2009 Cross Country: Ran his fastest time of the season at the Cavalier Open, crossing the finish line in 26:56.65 on the 8k course... Clocked in at 27:33.81 on the 8k course at the Blue and Gold Invitational.
2008 Cross Country: Finished 24th at the Cavalier Open.
Prep: Earned three letters in cross country and indoor track and four letters in outdoor track... Also played one year of football... Earned team captain honors... Received the Most Improved Award twice from Western Albemarle High School.
