2009 Cross Country: Ran his fastest time of the season on the 8k course at the Mason Invitational, clocking in at 25:27.00... Second-fastest time of the season came at the CAA Championships, where he finished in 10th place with a time of 25:39.04... Earned All-CAA honors for his performance at the conference championship meet... Finished 51st at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships with a time of 31:56.26.

2009 Outdoor: NCAA East Regional Qualifier in the 800-meter run after second-place finish of 1:49.29 at the IC4A Championships (May 17)... Finished 34th in the preliminaries at regionals with a time of 1:54.20... Posted a season-best time of 3:52.79 in the 1,500-meter run at Colonial Relays (Apr. 3)... 2008 Outdoor: Recorded the third-fastest time for all Patriots in the 800-meter with a time of 1:54.30 at the Sea Ray Relays... Earned the second-fastest time of all Mason runners in the 1500-meter at the Seminole Twilight Meet crossing the finish line with a time of 3:48.31... Was also a member of the second-place 4x400-meter relay team at the CAA Championships.

2008 Indoor: Ran the second-fastest time on the team in the 800-meter run, crossing the finish line in 1:53.28 at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational to qualify for the IC4A Championships... Recorded the team's top time in the 1000-meter run, clocking in at 2:24.96 at the IC4A Championships... Finished fourth in the finals of the 1000-meter run at the IC4A Championships with a time of 2:25.91...
