Also competed in the 1,500, finishing in 3:54.06 at the Mason Spring Invitational ... Ran as part of the distance medley relay at the Colonial Relays
2010 Indoor: Qualified for the IC4A Championships with a time of 8:14.53 in the 3000-meter run at the BU Valentine Invitational... Ran a time of 8:16.33 to finish in seventh place in the 3000-meter run at the IC4A Championships... Member of the 4x800-meter relay team that qualified for the IC4A Championships with a time of 7:45.10 at the Father Diamond Invitational... Top time in the 1000-meter run was 2:35.77... Fastest time in the mile was 4:18.28.
2009 Cross Country: Ran the Patriots' top three times of the season and four of the top five... IC4A Champion with a time of 25:22.30 on the 8k course... Member of the All-East Team as a result of his first-place finish... Runner-up at the CAA Championships with a time of 25:13.52 on the 8k course... All-CAA Team member by way of his second-place finish at the meet... Was the Patriots' top finisher at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships with a time of 31:29.80 on the 10k course... Ran his fastest time of the season on the 8k course at the Lou Onesty Invitational, finishing the race in 25:10.50... Named the CAA Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week on Sept. 22.
2009 Outdoor: Earned an IC4A qualification in the 5,000-meter run with his third-place finish of 14:26.18 at the CAA Championships (Apr. 18)... Finished 22nd at the IC4As with a time of 14:34.44... Also recorded a season-best time of 3:51.13 in the 1,500-meters at the Patriot Open Invitational (May 3).
2009 Indoor: Ran his fastest time in the mile at the Patriot Games, clocking in at 4:16.05... Qualified for the IC4A Championships in the 3000-meter run, and ran his fastest time of the season at the championship meet, crossing the finish line in 8:21.91... Finished second in the mile at the Father Diamond Invitational with a time of 4:24.42... Topped the field in the 3000-meter run at the Father Diamond Invitational with a time of 9:01.41... Finished in third place in the 3000-meter run at the VT Hokie Invitational with a time of 8:34.67... Finished in first place in the mile at the Mason Last Chance meet with a time of 4:16.06.
2008 Cross Country: Ran his two fastest times, and the second and third fastest times on the team, at the two meets run at Bull Run Regional Park... Clocked in at 25:21.00 to place 16th at the CAA Championships while running his fastest race of the season... Ran one of the two top-10 finishes on the team at the James Madison Invitational finishing 10th with a time of 25:51.90.
Prep: Earned four letters in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track... Received All-State and All-New England honors... Also recruited by Providence and Fairfield.
