2010 Outdoor: Competed in the 800-meter run with a season-best time of 1:57.07 at the Mason Spring Invitational ... Also ran the 1,500-meters at the Maryland Twilight, finishing with a season-best time of 4:01.12 ... Participated in the 4x400 and 4x800 relays during the season.
2010 Indoor: Top time in the 1000-meter run was 2:37.33 at the VT Challenge... Ran a time of 4:29.68 in the mile at the Mason Last Chance meet.
Prep: Ran track for four years and cross country for two at Norfolk Academy... Also played soccer for the Bulldogs... Was the captain and MVP of the cross country and track teams during his junior and senior years... Set a school record in the 1000-meter run... TCIS Champion in the 800- and 1600-meter run...
