2010 Outdoor: Competed in three throwing events during the season ... Registered a distance of 48.60 meters in the hammer at the JMU Invitational, a season-best ... Tossed the discus 38.65 meters at the Mason Quadrangular and recorded a mark of 13.85 meters in the shot put at the Mason Spring Invitational, both season bests ... Was eighth in the hammer (44.16m) and 10th in the shot put (13.31m) at the CAA Championships.
2010 Indoor: Recorded a toss of 13.43 meters in the shot put at the Patriot Games... Also recorded a mark of 15.26 meters in the weight throw at the Patriot Games.
2009 Outdoor: Competed in three throwing events... Recorded two season-bests at the Patriot Open Invitational in the discus (38.35m) and hammer throw (38.03m) on May 3... Best mark of the season in the shot put (12.73m) came at the Towson Invitational (Mar. 28).
2009 Indoor: Recorded the team's top marks in both the shot put (13.27m) and the weight throw (13.47m)... Set a school record during the indoor season in the weight throw with a toss of 13.47 meters at the Mason Last Chance meet... Finished second in the weight throw at the Father Diamond Invitational with a throw of 12.54 meters.
Prep: Earned five letters in three years of track and field at Westfield High School... Earned one letter in football.
