Prep: Earned four letters each in cross country, as well as indoor and outdoor track, at Ocean Lakes High School... All-American in the 4x1-mile relay... All-State in the 4x800-meter relay... All-Eastern Region and All-Beach District selection in cross country, and indoor and outdoor track and field... Regional champion in the 3200-meter run... Member of the National Honor Society... Made the honor roll every semester.
