2010 Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA Preliminary Round in the 400 (46.29) as well as part of the IC4A-champion 4x400-meter relay which went on to finish 10th at the NCAA Championships (3:07.07) ... Was the CAA champion in the 200-meter dash (21.07), also an IC4A-qualifying time ... Also competed in the 4x100-meter relay for Mason which advanced to the IC4A Championships.
2010 Indoor: Member of the Patriots' 4x400-meter relay team that provisionally qualified for the NCAA Championships and finished seventh at the national championship meet with a time of 3:08.50 to earn All-America honors... Ran on the 4x400-meter relay team that captured the IC4A Championship with a time of 3:07.43... Qualified for the IC4A Championships in the 400-meter dash.
2009 Outdoor: NCAA East Regional Qualifier in the 400-meter dash with a time of 47.04 at the CAA Championships (Apr. 18)... Was the CAA Champion in that event... Ran the anchor leg of the CAA Champion 4x400-meter relay (3:12.71) which qualified for the IC4A Championships... Was also an IC4A qualifier in the 200-meter dash (21.76) at the Patriot Open Invitational (May 3).
2009 Indoor: Recorded the fastest times on the team during the season in four events - the 200-, 300-, 400- and 500-meter dash races...Set a new school record in the 300-meter dash with a time of 33.58 seconds at the VT Hokie Invitational... Recorded an IC4A-qualifying time of 21.68 seconds in the 200-meter dash at the VT Hokie Invitational... Top time in the 400-meter dash was 47.54 seconds at the IC4A Championships... Topped the IC4A qualifying standard with a time of 1:04.79 to finish in first place in the 500-meter dash at the Patriot Games... Was a member of the Patriots' top 4x400-meter relay team, which posted an IC4A-qualifying time of 3:16.29 at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational... Finished in third place in the 500-meter dash at the Father Diamond Invitational with a time of 1:06.18... Topped the field in the 400-meter dash at the VT Challenge with a time of 47.71 seconds.
