A Herndon, Virginia native, Max took hold of to the Patriot Club as a key component to the Mason athletic department as the Executive Director in July of 2006 after working as the Assistant Executive Director of the Patriot Club for three years. Prior to joining the Patriots, he worked at the Single A minor league baseball Potomac Nationals (Cannons) for almost seven years, including his last three as the vice president and general manager. He completed his Bachelor's of Science degree in sports management at Virginia Tech University in 1995.

A Vienna, Virginia native, Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia in 1999 and immediately began her career in sports as a communications assistant for the NHL Washington Capitals. After one season with the Capitals she was hired by Georgetown athletics. There she worked for six years in the athletic development office including her last two seasons with Georgetown as the director of Hoyas Unlimited. Additionally, Jennifer continued her higher education while working at Georgetown and received her Masters of Art in Liberal Studies in 2003. Jennifer came to Mason as the newly appointed Director of Major Gifts in July 2006 with extensive intercollegiate fundraising experience and great success at a major Division I institution.

Originally from Chesapeake, Virginia, Heather graduated in 2006 from George Mason University with a degree in Communications. Upon graduation, she joined the Patriot Club full-time in Donor Relations, but left in February of 2007 to take a job as the Director of Development for Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia. Heather has recently rejoined the Patriot Club in November of 2007 as the Coordinator of External Relations. In her spare time, she enjoys vacationing with her family in the Outer Banks.

Raised in Chesapeake, Virginia, Bridgette graduated from George Mason University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. After graduation, Bridgette joined the Cleveland Browns for the 2009 season as a public relations intern, where she was involved in all aspects of team communication with the media. During her final two years at Mason, she was a communications intern with the Washington Redskins, where she assisted in all facets of team and media interaction.
